The personal data of customers collected and stored by Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH for the purposes of ordering products or equipment and for billing to health insurers is processed and stored solely under the terms and conditions of the contract as defined by Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. c General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), unless the customer has authorised Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH under the terms of Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. a GDPR to process the data for other purposes. Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH, August-Horch-Str. 4a, 51149 Cologne, Germany; represented by its managing director Andreas Fahl at the same address, is the responsible body for processing this data.

The data protection representative of Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH is Mr Jürgen Labusch, who can be contacted at datenschutz@fahl.de. Otherwise, personal data collected in accordance with Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. c GDPR will be made available to third parties only if this is required for the purposes of approving costs by health insurers and for billing to health insurers and their billing centres.

Data will be solely processed for the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data will only be stored as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected. It will be deleted no later than 10 years after the purpose of storing ceases to apply within the meaning of Art. 17 Sec. 3 b GDPR.

With regard to respective personal data, the data subject shall have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing as well as the right to data portability. The supervisory authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the state representative for data protection and freedom of information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI), Post Box 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, Tel.: 0211/38424-0, Fax: 0211/38424-10, e-mail: poststelle@ldi.nrw.de.

An objection to processing data means that Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik-Vertrieb GmbH would no longer be authorised to use data that was previously legally collected under Art. 6 Sec. 1 lit. c GDPR and would thus not be able to process the data in any way, even if necessary for supply of equipment.
